In case you never got an answer: that's the stock swing arm with a Sportisi version 2 hugger and swing arm cover from Indonesia. I have one too on the same color bike. It's fiberglass but they also make a carbon fiber version. The glass one is fragile, brittle, and often deforms, but it looks very nice.
