Hey, something you might be interested in. I finally had some time to play with my brakes and get them bedded well. I recently switched to a Ninja 650 master. It's a 5/8" cylinder instead of a 1/2". The size is marked on the unit. Identical externally to the 250 MC, mounts the same, uses the same fittings and hoses, even uses the same lever. It's a straight swap.

Makes the brake lever more firm, but the brakes have some ass on them with not nearly as much effort as before. So if you get comfortable braking and find yourself squeezing the lever way further than you like, to the point of cramping your hand up like I did and/or bottoming out the lever, make the Ninja 650 MC swap. It's cheap and easy and two finger braking is finally possible for me, finesse on the lever is still easy as well.
