I agree, I cannot believe after spending the extra money on a NEW bike with full warranty (plus extended) so I wouldn't HAVE to worry or work on it this is what I get. I could have gotten a 3 yr old 636 for $1000 less
I haven't even TOUCHED on the screeching noise the bike is making either....
