I wouldn't ride a motorcycle if all I had was the Ducati (but that's my personal opinion, my back hurts after about 45 min on it) Ive never rode a gsxr, so Im not sure if the riding position is the same, I think it may be though given they are both SS so you might be fine with it. Its not geared for low speed though, any lower than 13 mph and im working the clutch a good amount. And that's with a 14t sprocket in front.

For a track bike, its great. Its really not bad to work on, and since you seem to do your own work I wouldn't let the maintenance scare you too much. That's a pretty good price too. Just always ask when the last time the belts were changed, and with those miles it should have had a valve adjument or at least a check as well. Belt is ever 2 years OR 7500 miles (whichever comes first), and valves every 7500 miles to my knowledge.
