003 fronts melted away in 3 days for me, rears were great, but that was 2012, on MC41, didn't have tyre warmers, and smoother now.
The harder you ride a tyre (and evenly) generally the better they are.
250's struggle to maintain heat.

As for pressures, you'll work your own.
Speeds, tracks, riders and bikes all vary.
Yamaha calls for 36R/30F, Kawasaki and Honda run 30R/30F and 30R/29F for example.
Tyres are personal preference.
