Yeah, I have a kegging operation and I agree. Can't replicate a good oatmeal stout with extract. I only keg part of the time though as I use my kegerator for fermentation temps and would then switch to cooler temps when I keg. That and i liked sharing my brew so half of it ends up bottled.
Might go back to it when my little one gets a bit older
