I'm not sure what's recommended but everyone I've talked to runs them between 28 and 32 hot off warmers. Exactly where is personal preference.
I run 29/29 cold (no warmers) and don't have any issues with the tires, though my setup has the suspension as the weakness so I may not be riding the limit of the tires
