Not true... not all ninjette riders wanna ride kaddywompus, have terrible form and ride those roads with that lack of gear. That rider was bad and his camera-bike rider was just as swift.
I have no problem with the passing over yellow lines and he could see through most of the corners, they weren't blind. He just isn't very good at this.
