When cars make that much grip and don't have enough hp to rotate off the apex... Then yea it needs more hp.

This is pretty accurate statement, IMO no so much stock as all of those listed work really well as a "whole" stock - but once you up the ante tire wise and find some additional grip with the suspension setup. Absolutely.
