Seems like I got the best case scenario, compared to what others have experienced.

The order confirmation on 7 Dec is the only communication I ever received...and I'd venture that's because it's automated.

It also has headlights and a license plate that was "remounted" rather than removed, which would lead me to venture it will be ridden on the street at some point. A horn seems useful there, in theory.
