I would like to add to this. I did a shock swap, custom dogbones, and I raised the rear end ~1.5" and I also slide the forks up the triple clamps up about 1" and it turns in alot nicer. I almost has zero head shake, but sometimes at a slow speed if you take your hands off the bars it has a very light head shake. (I am looking into a steering dampener for safety reasons, not because I feel I need it.)
