I run this under mine. I prefer a protector that is strapped to your body rather than the leathers so it can't move. Leathers are in the truck, let me check the pocket in them.

The rukka is good for abrasion protection but it won't do much if your back hits something immovable, like getting rear ended or going off the road. Food for thought.
