The intent with that setup is probably to aim one as a low beam and one as a high beam. Power the low beam from the the bike's red/yellow wire and the high beam from red/black. Black/yellow is the bike's common ground wire.

Keep in mind that the stock wiring is designed to support a single 55/60W H4 bulb filament at a time. You don't want to run both of those 55W lights through the stock wiring at the same time (in case you wanted to keep the low beam on while the high beam was on). You'll need to add a relay for that.
Wow Thank you so much that was a HUGE help. I actually just found this from eBay which has the same lights and tells you what colors do what.


So it looks like
red/yellow to green (low)
Red/black to green (high)
Black/yellow to both brown and white
Blue to nothing? And this will be one on at a time?
