I've run mine in numerous 1.5-3hr endurance races and have run on a 250 that ran in 2 2hr endurance races followed by a 5hr endurance race

I've also put in 1,000mi days on both my 250 and 300

You're good so long as the bike is properly maintained (no different than if you were riding sprints)
