I doubt you'll notice a difference in flickability between a 130 and a 140 rear. The 140 may actually be a bit more pinched even, giving it a rounder profile. The flickability will depend much more on the front tire and front end setup.
The 140 should fit if you really want it, but it is a larger tire - 10mm wider and 14mm taller. The 130 ensures you'll have absolutely no fitment problems or handling weirdness due to different suspension measurements.
