Actually, you don't need a belly pan or to wire up the bike. If you want to, that's cool. But we will not stop you from riding for those. Swapping water for the coolant is a really good idea though, and simple to do.
I'm sure tires will be available at NCBike if you have not gotten any prior to the event.
