Yes, I goofed and didn't scroll down enough to see the actual listing, when I clicked your 2nd URL. That's hard to imagine that selling price being real, but RacinNinja knows more about it than I do, that's for sure.
I do know that lots of guys hear that Kawasaki H1s and H2s are worth big money, so they'll try to get thousands of bucks for examples that look like that BSA, only to find out they're next to worthless. You can buy a junk H2 covered in rust and put $15,000 into restoring it, and then sell it for $12,000.
