hey all,

needed to tighten carb sync adjuster, then reset air mixture screws to about ~2 turns, its not perfect but it lowered the revs to now ~2k

i'm not 100% sure if it's running right but it starts and will idle at 2k. i'm happy for now, i will sync it (dont want to push my luck) but thanks all for the help.
