Everyone else covered pretty much everything I have to say. Sounds like you're in a pretty good place, as far as situations like this go.
If you can manage it, don't be afraid to take some time off from work. Like they say, nobody on their deathbed ever wishes they spent more time at work. Not working for too long does make it harder to start again, but taking a little work-free break can be a great thing.
