And like the other poster said, here in Texas, it IS legal for a vehicle to enter an intersection while the light is yellow. Even if it turns red before the vehicle is through the intersection. I don't know about everywhere, but I believe this is the law through out the United States (although states do define differently where the intersection starts).

It definitely is NOT the case in all of the US. In fact, even in states that allow it, all the intersection needs is a "do not block intersection" sign to over-ride it (seen 'em in GA).
