I have a 2004 ninja 250. I have done every conceivable mod there is and I am more then happy with the performance. I don’t like how loud the muzzy system is. I don’t notice it much riding solo, but riding with a passenger the passenger cardo constantly picks up the exhaust noise and plays it through the Cardo Comm system. So I like the low end power the 2 to 1 system gave me and I don’t want to give that up, so I was think about getting a 750cc or 1000cc stock Kawasaki or suzuki muffler and using that instead of the muzzy muffler. In my head using a stock muffler from a much bigger bike will still be “high flow” for a small 250cc bike and still be quieter. What do you guys think, I have a very skilled welder so that’s not an issue.
