Right, no front end swap, no wheel swap, no brake upgrade. All things that are, while not bolt on, not the hardest things to do if the result will be a 5 figure ninja 250 build. I don’t mean to throw stones, but some times I find that flash and decals make the hard work some people do to make bikes run and function seem like less valuable part of the equation. It makes people think that bar end mirrors are worth spending more money on then throttle linkage you will never see, or that cool wheels and suspension matters more than what it might be doing to the geometry of the steering angle and swing arm.


I will step down off my soap box now... I work with a lot of designers and architects and often have to remind them that “yes that’s very nice looking and ver innovative, but who will fix it when it breaks and how will anyone eve service it”.....
