I usually keep all my bikes inside.
Then I shuffle them to garage or outdoors to make room in workshop to do maintenance and upgrades. Cover's to keep sawdust and other project shrapnel off. New Honda cover looks like this, but no local dealers have it! I want to fondle it and touch it with my own hands first darn it!!! I guess I'll have to mail-order it and return if I don't like. Such hassle!
