11800 miles. Valves just checked by me. No issues with them. Lash was dead on. Previous owner said he went through the carbs but ended up only cleaning them and replacing the bowl gaskets which I was not sure of until I pulled them. They were clean like new. He said he replaced the valve cover gasket as it was seeping due to age I am sure and checked the valves now I am sure he did that. I don’t think he was malicious in his selling the bike and saying it ran good. But put me riding it at 70miles an hour for 20 plus each way and not being afraid to bring it up to 10-11k rpm and things might have gone south. He got it to teach his wife to ride.
