i can absolutely check that I haven't actually tried that yet, I took off the ignition coils and found that the "intermittent" ness possibly could be because the contacts in the wire is pretty messed up and would only read with a multimeter in certain positions and on top of that the resistance of the primary windings was way off, ordered 2 oem replacements off ebay, ill check the voltage while cranking today though
