You could try Motoport Kevlar Street Jeans. From what I've read, Motoport offers great protection and the garments really breath well. They are a bit pricy.

I had the Caliber pants before the Flex, and they are way hotter in the summer, but with the liners in both, and the panels on the Flex, I think they are equally as warm in the winter.
