My new Shoei is much better than my old one from 1985.
Much less wind noise.
I agree you muffle the wind but still hear somewhat ok with earplugs in,
but I can hear better without them and don't like the annoyance of using them all the time. Also if I can hear better while on my bike, I just might live longer.
Tell Korn and Les Claypool and Gorillaz and all the concerts I've been to about my hearing loss later.
