I have the smoked plastic because I figured road debris would ding up the paint. The LED turn signals are pretty darn bright IMO. Stock tail bulb is still bright thru the smoked plastic.
Instructions from hot body werent the greatest and you WILL need an aftermarket flasher to make the turn signals work.
A dremel with cutting attachment will be your friend, my recommendation is to trim a little at a time and keep test fitting it.
Ended up looking like this (just got the exhaust put back together from my paint project today)
