I just watched the video and it has slicks on, which isn't street legal....and the exhaust sounds WAY to loud to be street legal (aftermarket exhausts don't count for obvious reasons). It also doesn't have a tail light that I can see.
However, I just noticed the link above the video, and it explains the bike in the video. It IS a race model, with racing exhaust and slicks and no working lights.
They do sell the same bike street legal though. And they also sell a 211HP supercharged version, which would put it closer to possibly being the most powerful production bike.
But as for the bike in the video, which is all I saw at first...it's not street legal and not the most powerful
But they apparently make something better!
