Depends what kind of stand you use, some use spools which attach to the swingarm, if I can remember correctly they are 10mm. The other rearstand alternative is the one which lifts the bike by heaving up the swingarm. No attachments are needed.

The ones that you posted up don't need 'bobbins', they just jack up the swingarm. As for the wheelie-spinny thingo, don't worry about it, just get a rearstand instead, and use your hands to rotate the rear wheel when cleaning/lubing the chain.
