Use the ABS cement like I mentioned and as in the link kkim posted. That stuff bonds into and becomes one with the plastic fairing instead of trying to stick to the surface and will not crack as easily as Superglue will, and should be stronger as it is also spread out over a wider area in the back (and will be hidden from view). Blue label can - ACE Hardware. You can reinforce it if you want by laying a small piece of screen over the crack and burying that into the glued repair but for something as small as you are fixing, it's probably not necessary.
