I like the Forcefield Tpro back insert upgrade that I bought for my Scorpion jacket. What you can do is take out the foam pad, measure it, and find a replacement pad that's similar to the dimensions you measured.

They have 4 different 'shapes' that you can buy. They even list the dimensions.
