I can fully understand ending up w/ the stock main jets close to optimum after making intake and exhaust changes to improve flow, but I bet the bike is running dangerously lean at this point if you haven't made any jetting changes. check your plugs.

You are dead on, it was more lean on the bottom and rich up top.
I haven't checked the plugs, but I put brand new plugs in before I ran the bike.
I don't know the differences between dynos, however, the bike was dynoed by a very reputable engine builder. The fact is our baseline for bone stock is 26.6hp, I pulled out the snorkel and it ran 28.1hp, installed the exhaust and it ran 32.3.
I'll be jetting the bike and having it dynoed again.
I can get the torque and a/f ratio graphs. Maybe that'll help prove this isn't BS.
