Don't quote me on this, but I believe I read there is a CA law re: brake light flashers that gives guidelines as to what is allowed..... My "no-cut" flasher flashes between 6-8x per activation (green loop NOT cut). IIRC, the CA code specified a maximum number of allowed flashes, 3x I THINK. I don't remember where I read this.

However, I have NEVER had this questioned by PD, or CHP about the flasher, and had both behind me (CHP for longer as he was writing me a love-note). One local PD, however, did question me about the headlight modulator, but he was not familiar with them or the Fed. law allowing them.
