Never try to teach your wife, your friend, your mother, your son or daughter, how to ride a motorcycle. Pay a professional, let them take the MSF course and learn it right, from the certified instructor in a controlled setting. And it's their bike that gets dropped.
If you try and teach them, you will never come out a winner, and neither will they.
