The ninjette doesn't have much extra electrical juice (less than 100W available), and heated gear takes up a good amount. The best bang for the electrical buck is a heated jacket liner (or vest). If that isn't enough, then do the grips. A heated seat after that would be overkill. Here's how I wired up our electric gear:

A Gerbing heated jacket liner allows me to ride in the cold easily, though if there's ice on the road I'm not likely to take any bike out of the garage.
