This is the exact reason why cagers feel they can do what they feel like because they're in a far superior vehicle. But I'll tell you one thing, if I saw a cager hit a motorcyclist even after being approached in the situation you pictured I'd apprehend you and place a citizens arrest on you regardless of the situation. And if you took off, I'd take off right after you.
