What parts are you referring to by Keihin?
Keihin makes automotive systems, air and fuel management systems, HVAC systems and electronic control systems.
Most companies that make, design, and market there own product usually label them "genuine". However that same company may contract or license another company(ies) to make the same product under similar production guidelines with slight design changes and production number limits. This would more likely be something labeled as an OEM equivalent.
