It will go away when you start using the front brake.
The rotor surface is made from iron and like all bare iron, it will rust when subjected to water or humidity. As you can see from your rear brake rotor, most of it has been wiped clean from use. BTW, what's that black piece of cloth looking thing on your rear wheel adjuster for?
