I downloaded the pdf but could not find the seller info and ebay does not have this listing either (obvious as it's been removed).

Could anyone post the seller's details so I can order from him directly?

The pdf mentioned International Shipping so I'm hoping he can ship the device to me.

I've gone through the posts and understand that it works with the filament bulbs.... but with LED's it makes for better visibility. Have i understood this correctly? If so, i need to order them LED bulbs too but doubtful if anyone will ship those all the way here.
