I found the turn signals of the 250R and the way they are designed to be a little wierd. On every crashed 08/09 250r, they punch clean (or near clean) holes in the fairing where the turn indicators were. They like to break off.

Glad to hear your okay. Its a shame, that famous Ninja-250-passes-the-bigger-bike-on-the-OUTSIDE-of-the-turn maneuver would have been legendary.
