I'm not looking anywhere other than vB at the moment, but I am hoping that by the time I do feel compelled to move from 3.X to the 4.X series, that I'm more comfortable with the 4.X series at that point. The first few versions (4.01, 4.02, all the way up to 4.08, IMO) were quite clunky, with scary interface issues and just plain buggy. Now in the 4.1.X series, it's getting closer to what I'd want, but maybe by 4.2 I'll be less apprehensive.
