I am still a bit more confused over the Fieldsheer ARMADILLO PROTECTIVE KNEE ARMOR and the Icon field armor leg protector.. On which is better. ??

I am 5'9" tall , weighing 170 pounds and have strong calf muscles..

So not sure on which one should i order, Size and brand(Small, medium, large, Xtra large etc..). Since we do not get these in India, their is no way i can wear them out and check the sizing..

One more question.. Can both of these be worn above and below the trousers or jeans depending on the requirement..

please help..
