You should be able to use the fork preload adjusters in combination with these without any issue. These clipons will drop the height of the bars, as well as lengthen the reach to the bars a tidbit.
The Woodcraft clipons will drop the height a little bit more and so by geometry the reach will be a little bit further too. Bear in mind that the Woodcraft clipons are actually rising clipons, which is why they are only a little bit lower, even though they mount below the upper triple tree.
