Once we collect all the parts, the major works are doing the compensations with bushing here & there.
Nothing were changed on the original NINJA frame, no cutting, no grinding.
Cut a little bit on the Aprilia swing-arm axis, 3mm (1,5mm on each side) and it will perfectly fit into NINJA frame.
Maintain the original NINJA rear-shock but we have to make a new longer links.
Use both original Aprilia triple clam but maintain the original NINJA steering hub.
Thats all ...
