If not getting run over by "seasoned citizens" and soccer-moms driving enormous SUVs counts as an enhancement to your riding experience, you should look into getting a headlight modulator.
I use the Kisan Pathblazer. It pulses the headlight when you select bright lights during daylight (it has a light sensor). It's a gentle pulse of the headlight, alternating between 20% and 80% brightness.
It's good for preventing people from standing over your dead, smushed body saying things like, "I never saw him" or "he came out of nowhere."
