+1 with one exception. There is no need to replace the rotors unless they are damaged
or they are under spec. There is a minimum thickness stamped on the rotor. They should be checked to make sure you still have a bit of meat left on them. 12k should not have destroyed them yet. Just a good set of pads should be all you need.
