I got it done with ease. The stock bar-end/handlebars might be bent a little but I don't need them now anyway since I have Woodcraft clip-ons

But all I did was get vise grips on as tight as possible, I mean TIGHT onto the bar ends, then take a rubber mallet and just give it a good whack and it'll break that sucker lose no problem.
