Between those two, I'd pick the '09 650R... have you considered the GSX-R600? I think that's going to be my next bike... For a SS, it's supposed to have pretty good ergonomics (including low seat height), and it's not like the R6 where you have to be redlining to access power... can pick up a used one that fits your budget
