Off road, I think you're good as long as you don't park in a blue hatched (handicap) or yellow hatch (fire zone) or an area with anti-motorcycle signage. I usually park right up by the front door, in the white hatched area NEXT to the handicap area or in the bicycle rack area. I prefer not to park in the main lot because of the risk for getting rammed by cars.
Parking is definitely a perk for bikes in many cases.
